How It Works

To maintain the integrity of our trade pricing, all accounts undergo a quick verification process before approval.

1.Submit Your Application:

Register on our website and select the Trade customer group. Ensure you fill in ALL with your company details, business registration information, and contact details.

2.Account Vetting & Authorisation:Reviewed within 1–3 business days.

Our team reviews your submission to confirm your bona fide trade status. We may contact you for supporting documentation (such as a VAT/Tax registration number, company registration, or industry proof).

3.Account Activation & Discount Unlocked:

Once approved, simply log in to your account, and your exclusive trade discounts will automatically apply to all eligible products at checkout.

PLEASE NOTE: Our cart may display retail pricing but discounts will be applied to the products when you click on the product or just add to cart and checkout.

 

Application Requirements

To qualify for a Trade Account, applicants must be actively operating within a relevant industry. Please be prepared to provide at least one of the following:

  • Valid Company Registration Number or VAT / Tax ID

  • Proof of active trade presence (e.g., official business website, trade license, or active company invoice/letterhead)

  • Proof of trade membership (e.g., security installer association, electrical contractor certification)

Please Note: We reserve the right to decline applications that do not meet our vetting criteria or fail to demonstrate active trade operations. Retail and end-user customers are not eligible for trade accounts.

How long does approval take?

Applications are generally processed within 24 to 72 hours (Monday through Friday). You will receive an email update as soon as your account status is verified.

Can I place an order immediately at trade rates?

Trade discounts are applied after your account is authorised. 

Is there a minimum annual spend?

Trade accounts do not require a minimum initial order or monthly or yearly spend.
